Who’s Nathan?
Nathan was involved in competitive soccer from grade school into college. But after stopping competitive sports and getting married, he ended up with very little discipline when it came to health and fitness. He ballooned from 170lbs to 237lbs in his 20’s.
Around his 30th birthday, he began to explore information around health and fitness, made significant adjustments to diet, and began regular cardio workouts. He got back to my college weight in my mid-30’s through a combination of diet, cardio, and calisthenics.
His fascination with nutrition, fitness, and overall health continued into his 40’s - and he made things official with NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching.
